Top specialist from AMRI hospitals advice on cancer & cardiac issues
Jharkhand/Dhanbad (Bureau, Rajendra Verma) : Top Kolkata private hospital joins hand with JMM to bring advance AMRI hospitals, Eastern India’s leading private healthcare network, in association with Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) which organised a free cancer and cardiac checkup camp on 14th March at Dhanbad, from 11am to 5pm where emitent doctors of AMRI hospitals, Dr. Kaushik Mukherjee, senior consultant, cardiothoracic & vascular surgeon and Dr. Saumen Basu, Senior Consultant Radiation & Oncology led the the special camp providing consultation & medical advice.
The special checkup camp, with the help & support of JMM district committee took place at the commercial office of JMM leader Akash Ravani at AC market Vinayak Bhawan, Bank More. At the camp, doctors performed test for general heart health and primary cancer diagnosis, along with basic investigations for measuring blood sugar and blood pressure levels.
Senior JMM MLA Mathura Prasad and District President Ramesh Tudu the chief guest of the event, said “My Appeal to the the people of Dhanbad was to to visit the camp and avail the advance health check up facilities that where provided by AMRI hospitals, one of Eastern India’s best hospitals. I am really happy with the response, so many people chose to visit”.
Other JMM leader and associates also took active role in organising the health camp, where also present on the the occasion. They also expressed there happiness with the success of of the the camp. They also said that more such camps will be organised at regular intervals in Dhanbad to help local residents and to ensure there wellbeing.
