कोर्ट के आदेश पर दर्ज़ हुआ बीजीआर प्रेसिडेंट अनिल रेड्डी, रोहित रेड्डी और डब्ल्यूबीपीसीएल के रामाशीष चटर्जी पर एससी-एसटी एक्ट के तहत मामला
● बगैर मुआवजा दिए ज़बरन भूमि अधिग्रहण का मामला
झारखण्ड/पाकुड़ : ज़िले के अमड़ापाड़ा स्तिथ पचुवाड़ा नॉर्थ कोल ब्लॉक से विस्थापित गांव कटाहलडीह के रैयत सुनील सोरेन को जमीन का बगैर मुआवजा दिए जबरन जमीन से बेदखल कर दिये जाने पर बीजीआर के प्रेसिडेंट अनिल रेड्डी, रोहित रेड्डी और वेस्ट बंगाल पावर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड के रामाशीष चटर्जी पर एससी-एसटी थाना में मामला दर्ज कराया है।
उपरोक्त के बाबत कोर्ट में दायर परिवाद पत्र पर कोर्ट के आदेश के आलोक में एससी-एसटी थाना में केश दर्ज की गयी है। वहीं थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि कोर्ट के आदेश पर उक्त तीन लोगों पर एसटी-एससी एक्ट के तहत कांड दर्ज़ किया गया है।
ज्ञात हो कि विगत 24 मई 2025 को एसटी-एससी थाना में दर्ज कांड संख्या 7/25 में रैयत सुनील सोरेन ने आरोप लगाया था कि कथालडीह स्थित उसकी पुश्तैनी जमीन दाग संख्या 45 तीन कट्ठा में स्थित घर व आंगन को जबरन जेसीबी से बीजीआर के अधिकारियों ने तोड़ दिया एवं उसी दौरान जाति सूचक गाली-गलौज भी किया अब जब मुआवजा माँगते है तो उसे पुनः जाती सूचक गाली दी जाती है।
अब देखना दिलचस्प होगा कि इस मामलें में अग्रतर कार्यवाही की जाती है या मामला ठंडे बस्ते में धूल फांकती हैं।
