शहीद नेपाल रवानी चौक का उद्घाटन
झारखण्ड/धनबाद (ब्यूरो, राजेन्द्र वर्मा) : ज़िले के शहीद नेपाल रवानी के सम्मान में धनबाद स्टेशन के दक्षिणी छोर पर जो बैंक रोड डीएवी स्कूल मैदान होते हुए बैंक मोड़ को जाता है, उस जगह का नाम शहीद नेपाल रवानी चौक के नाम पर रखा गया।
चौक पर शहीद नेपाल रवानी के नाम का एक बोर्ड भी लगाया गया। उस बोर्ड का उद्घाटन शहीद नेपाल रवानी के बड़े भाई हरिपद रवानी के हाथों से किया गया।
मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में आये झामुमो के नेता मदन राम ने अपनी बात रखते हुए कहा कि आज पूरे राज्य में माननीय मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन सभी शहीदों को सम्मान देने का काम कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि नेपाल रवानी मजदूर नेता के रूप में जाने जाते थे।
कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कर रहे आकाश रवानी ने कहा कि शहीद नेपाल रवानी झारखण्ड के लौह पुरुष के नाम से जाने जाते हैं। उनका संघर्ष हर नौजवानों को सही मार्गदर्शन दिखाता है।
इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से कुणाल कुमार चंद्रवंशी, संजय रवानी, इम्तियाज आलम आदि उपस्थित थे।
